【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,玉米秸稈生產(chǎn)草菇是可行的,整個(gè)栽培周期為12~15d。子實(shí)體的生長速度符合曲線y=0.631x3-2.837x2+4.232x-0.643(1≤X≤6)的走勢。陽畦栽培草菇的子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量明顯高于木箱栽培草菇的子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量。草菇子實(shí)體不同部位的組織分離物在玉米秸稈制成的母種培養(yǎng)基上生長旺盛、生活力強(qiáng)。其中,以菌蓋表皮下菌肉組織在玉米秸稈培養(yǎng)料中的生長速度最快,菌絲5d便可以長滿培養(yǎng)料。
【英文摘要】 The experiment result showed that it was practicable to cultivate V. volvacea with corn straw compost. The whole growth period was about 12~15 days. The growth rate of V. volvacea fruitbody accorded with the alignment of the cubic growth curve expressed by y=0.631x3-2.837x2+4.232x-0.643(1≤X≤6). The fruitbody yield of V. volvacea cultivated in cold frame was higher than that cultivated in wood box. And the tissues of different parts of V. volvacea fruitbody grew vigurously on the mother culture medium made by corn straw, especially the tissue under pileus epidermis, which grew the fastest with the fullspawnrun time being only 4.94 days.
