【中文摘要】 研究了林地蘑菇 10 3菌株的生物學(xué)特性和栽培特性。結(jié)果表明 ,林地蘑菇 10 3菌株菌絲生長(zhǎng)的適宜碳源是淀粉和蔗糖 ,適宜氮源是硫酸銨和豆餅粉 ,適宜溫度為 2 5~ 30℃ ,適宜 pH為 5 .1~ 7.1。林地蘑菇 10 3菌株子實(shí)體形成溫度 19~ 2 9℃ ,最適 2 0~ 2 5℃ ;子實(shí)體形成期最適空氣相對(duì)濕度 80 %~ 90 %。
【英文摘要】 The biological and cultivated characteristics of Agaricus silvaticus were studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon sources and nitrogen sources for the mycelial growth of Agaricus silvaticus were starch, sucrose and (NH 4) 2SO 4, soybean meal resp., and that the optimal temperature and pH for the mycelial growth of Agaricus silvaticus were 25~30℃and 5.1~7.1 resp.. The temperature for its fruitbody formation was 19~29℃ with the optimum temperature being 20~25℃, and the optimum relative air humidity for its fruitbody formation was 80%~90%.
