【中文摘要】 分別將供試草菇菌株在 - 18℃ (± 1℃ )和 4℃ (± 1℃ )下進(jìn)行低溫處理 ,并在 2 5℃下將經(jīng)低溫處理菌株對 6種碳源和 6種氮源的利用能力與對照比較。結(jié)果表明 ,不同草菇菌株對低溫的耐受能力存在明顯差異 ,低溫使草菇菌絲復(fù)活時間延長、生長勢減弱、生長速度減慢或喪失對部分氮源的利用能力。但鄧莊V2 3 、DwV 1和白草菇等菌株經(jīng)低溫處理后 ,在部分培養(yǎng)基上的菌絲生長速度快于對照
【英文摘要】 Volvariella volvaceastrains were treated with low temperature of -18℃(±1℃) and 4℃(±1℃), and their utilization ability for 6 different C sources and 6 different N sources was compared with the CK under 25℃. The results showed that the difference for low temperature tolerance was existed in V. volvacea strains tested. Generally speaking, the revivification time of V.volvacea mycelia was prolonged, the mycelial growth vigour was weakened, the mycelial growth rate was reduced and the utilization ability of the mycelia for some kinds of N sources was lost. But the mycelial growth rate of DwV 1,DengzhuangV 23 and Baicaogu after low temperature treatment was faster in some kinds of media than that of the CK.
