【中文摘要】 比較了不同培養(yǎng)料對(duì)楊樹菇子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量及氨基酸含量的影響。結(jié)果表明 ,棉籽殼加圓葉決明培養(yǎng)料栽培的楊樹菇 ,子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量和氨基酸總量較高 ,人體必需氨基酸、支鏈氨基酸、鮮味氨基酸、兒童氨基酸和谷氨酸含量明顯高于木屑加棉籽殼培養(yǎng)料栽培的楊樹菇 ,分別提高2 9.7%、2 0 .3%、4 6 .0 %、5 0 .2 %和 4 2 .6 %。
【英文摘要】 The effect of different composts on the yield and amino acid content of Agrocybe aegerita was compared. The results showed that A.aegerita cultivated with cotton seed hull and Chamaecrista roturdifolia compost had higher fruitbody yield and total amino acid content, and that its contents of esential amino acid, branched chain amino acid ,delicious amino acid,children's amino acid and glutamic acid were significantly higher than that of A.acgerita cultivated with cotton seed hull and sawdust composts, the increment rates were 29.7%,20.3%,46.0%,50.2% and 42.6% resp.
