【中文摘要】 研究了多菌靈、氫氧化銅、代森錳鋅和百菌清 4種殺菌劑對(duì)糙皮側(cè)耳菌絲生長(zhǎng)和子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量的影響及控制霉菌污染的效果。結(jié)果表明 ,不同種類(lèi)殺菌劑及同一種殺菌劑不同使用濃度對(duì)糙皮側(cè)耳菌絲生長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)量及霉菌污染程度的影響存在顯著差異。其中以 0 .6 6 7g/L~ 0 .883g/L的氫氧化銅對(duì)糙皮側(cè)耳菌絲生長(zhǎng)的抑制作用最小 ,抑制率小于 6 % ,與對(duì)照無(wú)顯著差異 ,并能完全控制霉菌的污染 ,使生料塊栽糙皮側(cè)耳的產(chǎn)量提高 30 %~ 4 0 %。氫氧化銅有望在糙皮側(cè)耳生料栽培中推廣使用
【英文摘要】 The effects of four fungicides on the mycelial growth, the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus and the mold contamination controlling ability were studied. It was showed in our experiments that the effects of different kinds of fungicides and different concentrations of the same kind of fungicide used had significant differences. And it was also proved in our experiments that copper hydroxide at the concentration of 0.667g/L~0.883g/L had the least average inhibitory rate of lower than 6%, with no significant difference to the contrast, for the mycelial growth of P.ostreatus and could completely inhibit the growth of contaminated mold with an yield increment rate of 30%~40% for P.ostreatus cultivated by raw compost block. Therefore, copper hydroxide, with the concentration of 0.7g/L~0.9g/L,was considered to be the optimum fungicide to extend in the cultivation of P.ostreatus.
