【中文摘要】 以長根菇和雞【為親本進行屬間不對稱融合研究 ,從原生質(zhì)體再生菌株中得到能夠雙核化的單核無鎖狀聯(lián)合的菌株 2 0株。栽培結(jié)果顯示 ,這類菌株不能形成子實體 ,且菌株間菌絲的生長差異顯著。但在特定的培養(yǎng)條件下 ,單核菌株均可雙核化形成雙核菌株 ,雙核菌株具有出菇能力 ,菌株間子實體顏色、菌柄著生方式及菌絲生長速度等與親本有明顯的差異
【英文摘要】 Through asymmetric fusion between O.radicata and T.albuminosus under high pH and high Ca 2+ conditions, 20 monokaryotic strains without clamp connection which could be dicaryotized were obtained from regenerative protoplast strains. The cultural test indicated that no fruitbody was developed from monokaryotic strains and the mycelium growth characteristics between monokaryotic strains were significantly different. Under given conditions, the monokaryotic strains were dicaryotized into dicaryotic strains which could form fruitbody. But the fruitbody colour, the stipe insertion mode and the mycelium growth rate of dicaryotized strains were significantly different from their parent strains and also significantly different between the dicaryotic strains tested.
