【中文摘要】 采用液體深層培養(yǎng)方法 ,研究了杏鮑菇對(duì)碳、氮營養(yǎng)的利用情況。結(jié)果表明 ,杏鮑菇Pe970 1菌株菌絲生長的最適碳源為果糖 ,其次為麥芽糖 ,而對(duì)甘露醇的利用最差 ;有機(jī)氮比無機(jī)氮更適于杏鮑菇菌絲生長 ,最適有機(jī)氮為蛋白胨 ,最適無機(jī)氮為硝酸銨 ,硫酸銨次之 ,碳酸銨幾乎不能被利用。此外 ,各處理培養(yǎng)液的 pH均呈上升趨勢 ,發(fā)酵終止 pH在 7.0左右。
【英文摘要】 The utilization of Pleurotus eryngii with different C sources and N sources was studied under submerged culture conditions in this experiment. The results showed that fructose was the best C source for the hyphal growth of strain Pe9701 of Pleurotus eryngii, maltose took the second place, while mannitol was the worst; and for the N sources, the organic nitrogen was better than the inorganic nitrogen, peptone was the best organic nitrogen, ammonium nitrate was the best inorganic nitrogen, while anmmonium sulfate took the second place and ammonium carbonate could almost not be utilized. In addition,the experiment proved that the pH of various kinds of liquid media presented an upward trend, and the pH at the end of the fermentation was about 7.0.
