【中文摘要】 在 3種斜面培養(yǎng)基上組織分離長(zhǎng)根金錢(qián)菌子實(shí)體的不同部位 ,結(jié)果表明 :菌絲在PDA培養(yǎng)基上的生長(zhǎng)速度比在牛糞玉米粉培養(yǎng)基和馬鈴薯綜合培養(yǎng)基上快 (平均 6.90 7mm/d)。分離子實(shí)體的菌肉、菌柄內(nèi)部組織塊均能較好地獲得純菌絲 ,且以分離菌肉部位最佳 ,其菌絲濃白、長(zhǎng)勢(shì)旺盛。孢子、菌絲經(jīng)顯微鏡鏡檢和子實(shí)體形態(tài)觀測(cè) ,證明分離獲得的菌株為長(zhǎng)根金錢(qián)菌(Oudemansiellaradicata)。
【英文摘要】 It was proved that the mycelia of Oudemansiella radicata grown on PDA medium grew faster than that grown on cow faeces medium and potato integration medium with the tissues isolated from different parts of O.radicata fruitbody. The pure hyphae could be got not only from the context but also from the stipe. And the hyphae of the tissue pieces isolated from the context grew better and vigorously, it was dense and white. According to the observation results of spores, hyphae and fruitbodies, it was identified that the culture we got was O.radicata.
