【中文摘要】 銀合歡葉作氮源添加劑栽培蘑菇 ,尿素用量可較對(duì)照減少 50 % ,產(chǎn)量明顯增加。處理Ⅱ培養(yǎng)料含 5%銀合歡葉和 8%米糠 ,其鉀含量較對(duì)照提高 4 0 % ,鮮菇產(chǎn)量提高 38.7% ;處理Ⅲ培養(yǎng)料含 10 %銀合歡葉 ,鮮菇產(chǎn)量較對(duì)照僅增加 12 .9% ,且出菇推遲 ,可能與培養(yǎng)料磷含量較低有關(guān)。在蘑菇栽培期間 ,處理Ⅱ和處理Ⅲ培養(yǎng)料中除極少量含羞草素自然降解外 ,其余分別在第一和第二潮菇時(shí)被蘑菇菌絲降解 ,故在鮮菇中未測(cè)得含羞草素
【英文摘要】 Adding Leucaena leucocephala leaf as nitrogen additive in the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus, 50%of the urea used in the compost was reduced comparing to the control and the yields of A. bisporus increased remarkably. The K content of the compost in treatment Ⅱ adding with 5% Leucaena leucocephala leaf and 8% rice bran was 40% higher than that of the control and the yield of fresh fruitbody increased by a factor of 38.7%. The P content of the compost in treatment Ⅲ adding with 10% Leucaena leucocephala leaf was 24% lower than that of treatment Ⅱ, the fresh fruitbody yield only increased by a factor of 12.9% comparing to the control and the fruitbody formation was delayed. During the cultivation of A.bisporus, only a little mimosine in the compost of treatment Ⅱand treatment Ⅲ was degraded automatically, the rest of the mimosine was degraded completely by A. bisporus hyphae at the lst flush and the 2nd flush period respectively.
