【中文摘要】 利用RAPD和酯酶同工酶技術(shù)研究了 6個(gè)香菇品種間的遺傳差異和親緣關(guān)系。通過聚類分析發(fā)現(xiàn) ,類間組合雜種優(yōu)勢強(qiáng) ,類內(nèi)組合雜種優(yōu)勢弱 ,因此 ,雜交親本應(yīng)選擇不同類的菌株。通過單孢雜交和出菇試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn) ,雜交子代酶譜出現(xiàn)“互補(bǔ)型酶帶”和“雜種新酶帶” ,雜交后代雜種優(yōu)勢強(qiáng) ,容易選出優(yōu)良品種
【英文摘要】 The genetic variance and genetic relationship of six Lentinula edodes strains were studied with RAPD and esterase isoenzyme techniques. The result showed that the heterosis was stronger when the cross combinations were produced by parent strains in different groups,while the heterosis was weaker when the cross combinations were produced by parent strains in the same group. So parent strains in different groups should be selected for the crossbreeding. When mutually complementary enzyme bands and new enzyme bands of the new cross combinations appeared in the zymogram of the crossbreeding filial generation through monospore crossbreeding and fruiting experiment, the heterosis of the crossbreeding filial generation was stronger and high quality strains could be selected easily.
