【中文摘要】 比較分析草菇組織分離物與出發(fā)菌株的菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度、出菇性狀和同工酶酶譜 ,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者在出菇性狀和酯酶同工酶酶譜方面存在著較為明顯的遺傳差異。這一研究結(jié)果表明 ,采用組織分離進(jìn)行草菇菌種的提純、復(fù)壯及利用遺傳變異的積累選育新菌株 ,應(yīng)特別慎重
【英文摘要】 The mycelium growth rate, fruiting properties and isoenzyme zymogram of Volvariella volvacea strains and its tissue isolates were analyzed and compared. It was found that the genetic variation of fruiting properties and esterase isoenzyme zymogram between V.volvaces strain and its tissue isolates was significant. This result showed that more attention should be paid to the use of tissue isolates for the purification and rejuvenation of V. volvacea strains and the selection of new strains through the accumulation of genetic variations.
