【中文摘要】 以平菇DNA為供體,草菇原生質(zhì)體為受體,用PEG,CaCl2作誘導(dǎo)劑,將平菇DNA導(dǎo)入草菇原生質(zhì)體,選育出V157-1菌株,該菌株在菇型、溫型、酶活力及生物轉(zhuǎn)化率上與親本V157有顯著差異。本研究為食用菌育種提供了一條新的途徑。
【英文摘要】 Taking Pleurotus sp. DNA as donor and V. volvacea protoplasts as recipient, the introduction of Pleurotus sp. DNA fragments into V. volvacea protoplasts induced by PEG and CaCl2 was carried out in this study. A new V. volvacea strain V157-1 was selected . Its biological characteristics were significantly different from that of the parent strain V157 in the fruitbody shape, growing temperature and enzyme activity as well as the biological efficiency. The result showed that the introduction of extraneous DNA fragments into the protoplasts was a new method of mushroom breeding.
