【中文摘要】 分析了銀合歡木屑的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分,研制了最適宜的培養(yǎng)基,選用了高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的香菇菌株和高效益的栽培方式。發(fā)現(xiàn)銀合歡木屑作為氮素添加物可替代50%麩皮,降低原料成本,使感染率降低11.8%,鮮菇產(chǎn)量增加5.1%;高產(chǎn)香菇菌株785比其他4個(gè)菌株至少可增產(chǎn)鮮菇14.8%;短袋栽培比菌筒或菌磚栽培增產(chǎn),而且可以減少高溫制種感染率高的危害;與紅栲木屑栽培香菇相比,銀合歡木屑增產(chǎn)鮮菇53.6%,生物學(xué)效率提高26.7%。該技術(shù)措施適合于在高溫低海拔地區(qū)應(yīng)用,在閩南地區(qū)增產(chǎn)鮮菇55.6%,生物效率提高25.8%。
【英文摘要】 The nutritive compositions of Leucaena leucocephala sawdust and its application in the cultivation of shiitake (Lentinula edodes) were studied. The optimal compost composition, the high-quality strains and the cultivation methods were also studied . The L. Leucocephala sawdust was used as nitrogen additives instead of 50% wheat bran, resulting in the reduction of infection rate by 11. 8% and the increment of the shiitake yield by 5.1%. The yield of shiitake 785 increased by 14.8% than that of the other 4 strains cultivated with sawdust compost; while the yield of shiitake cultivated with sawdust put in short bag was higher than that cultivated with sawdust put in compost - tube or made into compost - brick, and the infection rate reduced compared with the spawns produceed at high temperature. Comparing with the treatment using Cas-tanopsis hystrix sawdust as compost, the yield of shiitake cultivated with L. leucocephala sawdust increased by 53.6% while the biological efficiency increas...更多ed by 26.7%. 還原
