【中文摘要】 利用玉米秸稈生產(chǎn)糙皮側(cè)耳,菌絲生長規(guī)律符合邏輯斯第曲線,子實體生長規(guī)律符合指數(shù)增長曲線,菌絲生長速度優(yōu)于棉籽殼培養(yǎng)料,子實體生長的高峰期比棉籽殼培養(yǎng)料滯后,出菇期比棉籽殼培養(yǎng)料長。將玉米秸稈和棉籽殼按1:1混合袋栽糙皮側(cè)耳,生物學效率達145%。
【英文摘要】 It was demonstrated in this study that it was practicable to produce Pleurotus ostreatus with media containing smashed maize straw (SMS), that the P. ostreatus hypha growth principle and the fruitbody growth principle were in accordance with the logistic curve and the exponential growth curve resp. , and that the hypha growth rate of the media containing SMS was higher than that of the cottonseed husk media(CHM), and the peak fruitbody flush in the media containing SMS appeared later than that of the CHM, while its fruiting period was longer than that of the CHM. If the smashed maize straw and the cottonseed husk were mixed at the rate of 1:1, the biological efficiency of the media was as high as 145 % .
