【中文摘要】 采用4種不同的液體培養(yǎng)基,深層培養(yǎng)茶薪菇菌絲體,證實(shí)于pH6.5、25℃、搖瓶轉(zhuǎn)速100r/min條件下,玉米漿培養(yǎng)基適合該菌生長(zhǎng),培養(yǎng)10~12d,菌絲干重可達(dá)18.4g/L。營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分分析表明,茶薪菇子實(shí)體與液體菌絲體的粗蛋白、粗纖維、粗多糖、粗脂肪、可溶性蛋白、氨基酸含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力相差不大。
【英文摘要】 Four different media were used to culture the hypha of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang. The results indicated that the com steep liquor medium was a preferable medium for the hypha, and that 18.4g/L dry hypha were produced when it was cultured at pH6. 5, 25℃ and 100r/min for 10-12d. The nutritive component analysis showed that there was not significant difference in the contents of crude protein, crude fiber, crude polysaccharide, crude fat, soluble protein, amino acids and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity between fruitbody and hypha.
