【中文摘要】 對(duì)原生質(zhì)體融合技術(shù)、誘變技術(shù)、單核化技術(shù)以及轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)等在食用菌育種中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,并簡述了原生質(zhì)體融合后融合子的幾種選擇方法。
【英文摘要】 The application of protoplast fusion technique, protoplast - induced mutation technique, protoplast monokaryon technique and protoplast transformation technique in genetic breeding of edible mushroom was reviewed in this paper. And various marks used for screening fusant were also briefly described in this paper.
