【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,H11、H5.28、H401及H901四個(gè)猴頭菌菌株子實(shí)體可溶性蛋白電泳圖譜間存在差異。其中以H5.28與H401差異最小,其次依次為H11與H5.28,H11與H401,H401與H901,H5.28與H901,以H11與H901間差異最大。

【英文摘要】 The test result showed that 4 Hericium erinaceus strains, H11, H5.28, H401 and H901, differed in electrophoretogram of soluble proteins. The degree of difference between H5. 28 and H401 was the least, followed by those between H11 and H5.28, H11 and H401, H401 and H901, H5. 28 and H901, while that between H11 and H901 was the greatest.
