【中文摘要】 以糙皮側(cè)耳為試驗(yàn)材料,研究了常用鉀肥KCl、KNO_3、K_2SO_4、KH_2PO_4對糙皮側(cè)耳產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,補(bǔ)充KCl、KNO_3、K_2SO_4、KH_2PO_4均可有效地提高糙皮側(cè)耳的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì);提高其蛋白質(zhì)、碳水化合物、灰分和鉀的含量。

【英文摘要】 Using Pleurotus ostreatus fruitbody as test material, effect of KCl, KNO3, K2SO4 and KH2PO4 on the yield and the quality of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied. It was proved that all these 4 kinds of potassium fertilizer could effectively increase the yield and the quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and improve the content of protein, carbohydrate, ash and potassium in the fruitbody of Pleurotus ostreatus.
