【中文摘要】 本文采用L_9(34)正交試驗(yàn)法,研究了滑菇液體培養(yǎng)基中不同C/N、pH、硫酸鎂和磷酸二氫鉀配比對(duì)滑菇菌絲產(chǎn)量的影響,從中篩選出四因素的最佳組合為:C/N 20:1、硫酸鎂0.08%、磷酸二氫鉀0.05%、pH 6,該組合的菌絲產(chǎn)量最高。用該配方進(jìn)行了滑菇液體培養(yǎng)最適期試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,液體培養(yǎng)12d,菌絲產(chǎn)量最高。
【英文摘要】 The orthogonal testing method of L9(34) was taken to study the effect of different combination of C/N, pH, MgSO4 and KH2PO4 on the mycelium yield of Pholiota nameko in submerged culture. The result showed that the best combination of above - mentioned 4 factors was C/N 20:1, MgSO4 0.08 % , KH2PO4 0.05 % and pH 6.0, and that the highest mycelium yield was got when it was cultured under such submerged culture conditions for 12 days.
