【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,商業(yè)化栽培毛木耳的培養(yǎng)料不需添加有機(jī)氮源,采用高C/N(60~100:1)和低含N量(0.4%~0.8%)的配方,干耳生物學(xué)效率(ABE%)為20%~24%,出耳后污染少,耳片商品率高。干耳產(chǎn)量(y_1=ABE%)、單袋經(jīng)濟(jì)效益(y_2,元/袋)、培養(yǎng)料C/N(x_1)及N%(x_2)的回歸方程分別為: y_1=-15.1746+20.4322 lgx_1,r=0.9630,P>0.01; y_2=-3.5729+2.8329 lgx_1,r=0.9815,P>0.01; y_1=20.9942-20.7741 lgx_2,r=-0.9474,P>0.01; y_2=1.4202-2.4361 lgx_2,r=-0.8061,P>0.05。
【英文摘要】 The results of the experiment showed that the absolute biological efficiency of dry A. polytricha fruitbody was about 20%-24%, the contamination rate after primordium formation was low and its commodity rate was high when the medium with high C/N (60-100:1), low nitrogen content (0.4%-0.8%) and without supplementing organic nitrogen was used. The regression equation of the dry fruitbody yield (y1 = ABE%). the economic benefit per bag (y2, yuan/bag), the C/N (x1) and N% (x2, %) of the medium were as follows:y1=-15.1746+20.4322lgx1, r=0.9630, P>0.01;y2=-3.5729+2.8329lgx1, r=0.9815, P>0.01;y1=20.9942-20.7741lgx2, r=-0.9474, P>0.01;y2=1.4202-2.4361lgx2, r=-0.8061, P>0.05.
