【中文摘要】 通過二年糙皮側(cè)耳菌株比較試驗,玉米粉添加量試驗、培養(yǎng)料含水量試驗及菌種試驗,得出如下結(jié)論:麥草生料栽培糙皮側(cè)耳的適宜菌株是SN1和CCEF89;培養(yǎng)料中玉米粉的最佳添加量是15%;培養(yǎng)料的適宜含水量是70%;宜采用麥粒菌種,菌齡以發(fā)菌到瓶底后再培養(yǎng)3d為宜,播種量是培養(yǎng)料干重的10%。
【英文摘要】 Strain comparison test, corn meal dosage test, compost water content test and spawn test of Pleurotus ostreatus were conducted in 2 years to get the result that the strain suitable for raw wheat straw compost cutivation was SNl and CCEF89, the optimum additive rate of corn meal was 15%, the optimun compost water content was 70%, the optimum inoculation rate was 10 % dry compost weight and wheat grain spawn 3d after the hyphae extending to the bottom of the bottle was the optimum spawn.
