【中文摘要】 本文應(yīng)用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺不連續(xù)電泳,對金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)12個栽培菌株的菌絲體和其中9個菌株的子實體進(jìn)行酯酶同工酶比較;并對金針菇子實體發(fā)育不同時期和不同部位酯酶同工酶的變化進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明,金針菇菌株間酯酶同工酶譜變化較大,且在子實體階段比菌絲體階段表現(xiàn)更為明顯;同一菌株在于實體不同發(fā)育時期和不同部位酶帶數(shù)量穩(wěn)定,但顯色強(qiáng)弱有明顯的變化.子實體伸長期和成熟階段的菌蓋部位酶帶顯色最深.
【英文摘要】 The comparison of esterase isozyme in mycelium of 12 Flammulina velutipes strains and fruitbody of 9 of the 12 F.velutipes strains and the analysis of changes in esterase isozyme at different part of fruitbody during different development periods were carried out in this study with orthogonal slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (OSPAGE). The results showed that there were great differences of esterase isozyme zymogram among strains, and that the difference was more significant at fruitbody phase, while the no. of esterase isozyme band was stable at different part of fruitbody during various development periods for the same strain. But the color of the band changed significantly and the most dark-coloured band appeared at elongation period of the fruitbody and maturity period of the pileus.
