【中文摘要】 以金針菇液體發(fā)酵產(chǎn)菌絲為研究材料,用聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝膠電泳及抑制劑處理法,研究超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的產(chǎn)生方式及其同工酶類型.結(jié)果表明,在液體培養(yǎng)過程中,SOD屬于胞內(nèi)酶,僅存在于菌絲中,其活性可被氯仿:乙醇和SDS抑制,但對(duì)KCN和H_2O_2不敏感,因此認(rèn)為金針菇菌絲中僅以Mn-SOD為主。
【英文摘要】 Using liquid fermented Flammulina velutipes mycelia as research material, polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis method and chemicel inhibition treatments were used to study SOD producing method and its isoenzyme type in this paper. The results showed that SOD, as intracellular enzyme, only existed in mycelia during liquid culture period, and that its activity might be inhibited by chloroform-ethanol and SDS, but not KCN and H2O2. So it was considered that the main kind of SOD that existed in Flammulina velutipes mycelia was Mn-SOD.
