【中文摘要】 灰樹(shù)花[Grifola frondosa(Fr.)S.F.Gray]是一種很有開(kāi)發(fā)前途的菌類。本文介紹灰樹(shù)花的食用。藥用價(jià)值,生物學(xué)特性及栽培馴化方法?；覙?shù)花是一種喜光(200 lux以上),好氧的菌類,出菇最適溫度為15—20℃,相對(duì)濕度90％～95％;以硬闊葉樹(shù)木屑為主材料,于室內(nèi)或室外蔭棚進(jìn)行袋式栽培,每年可栽春、秋兩季。

【英文摘要】 Grifola frondosa is a kind of photophilous (over 200 lux) and aerobic edible fungus with good development prospect. Its edible and medicinal values, biological characteristics, cultivation and domestication methods are described in this paper. The optimum fruiting temperature and relative humidity for G. frondosa are 15-20℃ and 90%-95% resp.. At present, the bag cultivation method with hard broadleaf wood sawdust as substrate is adopted and two crops are harvested in spring and autumn every year both in indoor or outdoor sheds.
