【中文摘要】 從人工培養(yǎng)的靈芝菌絲體中分離純化得到靈芝肽多糖(簡稱GPP)。經(jīng)測定,GPP分子量為140000,單糖組成為木糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖及半乳糖醛酸。GPP分子中含蛋氨酸、賴氨酸等13種氨基酸。動物實驗表明,GPP能顯著提高小鼠腹腔吞噬細胞的吞噬能力,增強體液免疫和紅細胞免疫功能,并能提高紅細胞中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性。
【英文摘要】 The Ganoderma peptide polysaccharide (GPP) was isolated and purified from artificial cultivated Ganoderma mycclia. Its molecular weight was identified to be 140 000, GPP was composed of xylose, glucose, galactose, galacturonic acid and 13 amino acids, such as methionine and lysine etc. The results of the experiment with mice showed that GPP significantly enhanced the phagocytic phagocytosis, the immunological function of body fluid and red blood cells and the SOD activity of red blood cells.
