【中文摘要】 本文綜述了高等真菌遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化所采用的選擇標(biāo)記和外源DNA導(dǎo)入受體真菌的幾種方法,比較了高等真菌復(fù)制型轉(zhuǎn)化與整合型轉(zhuǎn)化的轉(zhuǎn)化子的遺傳穩(wěn)定性,簡(jiǎn)述了高等真菌基因工程在工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,展望了基因工程技術(shù)在食用蕈菌遺傳育種中的應(yīng)用前景。
【英文摘要】 A few selective markers used in the genetic transformation of higher fungi and several methods for introducing foreign DNA into higher fungus receptors were reviewed in this paper. In the meantime, the genetic stability of transformants from replicate and integrative transformation of higher fungi was compared, while the present situation of the application of gene engineering of higher fungi in agriculture and industry and the prospect of the application of gene engineering in genetic breeding of edible fungi were also described briefly in this paper.
