【中文摘要】 阿魏側(cè)耳有很高的食用和藥用價值.它分布在我國的新亞維吾爾自治區(qū);歐洲、北非和中亞也有分布。1958年至今,國內(nèi)外許多科技工作者對其進(jìn)行了馴化栽培研究。1983年中國馴化栽培成功,1990年選育到一株適于商業(yè)化栽培的菌株KH2,目前已在許多省區(qū)推廣栽培。

【英文摘要】 Pleurotus ferulae has high edible and medicinal value. It distributes only in Xingjiang in China, but it also distributes in Europe, North Africa and Middle Asia. Since 1958, research workers at home and abroad studied on the domestication and cultivation of Pleurotus ferulae. It was successfully domesticated in China in 1983, and a strain named KH2 suited for commercial cultivation was selected in 1990 and cultivated in many provinces and autonomous regions in China now.
