【中文摘要】 4個不同的蛹蟲草菌株在PDA和四種合成培養(yǎng)基上生長,結(jié)果顯示,在PDA培養(yǎng)基上菌絲的生長勢最好,4個菌株在PDA培養(yǎng)基上的生長速度以及產(chǎn)色素狀況有顯著差異.根據(jù)蛹蟲草的菌落形態(tài)和凹面玻片培養(yǎng)法觀察到的菌絲形態(tài)、產(chǎn)抱特點(diǎn),初步得到確認(rèn)無性世代的依據(jù).
【英文摘要】 The growth potential of Cordyceps militaris in PDA medium, compared with that in four types of synthetic medium, was the most active. The growth rate and pigment secreting rate of four strains cultured in PDA medium differed significantly. According to Cordyceps militaris colony morphology, mycelium morphology and sporulation characteristics, observed from strains cultivated in concave glass, primary basis for confirming asexual generation was achieved.
