【中文摘要】 本文研究了草菇厚垣孢子的萌發(fā)條件及對(duì)不良條件的抵抗力.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,草菇厚垣孢子萌發(fā)最適溫度為40℃,培養(yǎng)基PH為7,對(duì)培養(yǎng)基的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況無(wú)要求;草菇厚垣孢子與菌絲體均不耐干旱;菌絲體可耐45℃3d,但50℃處理24h便失活,而厚垣孢子可耐50℃處理24h.在4℃處理14d后,厚垣孢子的萌發(fā)率沒有下降,而菌絲體完全失活,厚垣泡子耐酸能力比菌絲體強(qiáng)。
【英文摘要】 The germination conditions and the resistance to undesirable environment of Volvariella volvacea chlamydospore were studied in this paper. The result showed that the optimal temperature for chlamydospore germination was 40℃ and the optimal pH was 7, and that the germination of chlamydospore had no relation to medium nutrient. The mycelium and the chlamydospore were not tolerant of drought. It was proved that the mycelium could tolerate 45 ℃ for 3 days, but it lost vitality at 50℃ for 24 hours, that the chlamydospore kept high vitality after being treated at 50℃ for 24 hours, that the chlamydospore germination rate did not decrease after being treated at 4℃ for two weeks, but the mycelia total lost the vitality, and that the chlamydospore had stronger tolerance of acid treatment than the mycelia.
