【中文摘要】 香菇具無性繁殖特征,香菇生產(chǎn)者常通過無性的菌絲分離或子實(shí)體分離進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)用菌種的繁殖及提純復(fù)壯。本研究運(yùn)用RAPD技術(shù)研究證明,同一香菇品種的不同組織分離物雖為無性繁殖后代,但因受培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)、生態(tài)條件、栽培技術(shù)的影響,產(chǎn)生了一定程度的DNA水平上的遺傳變異。
【英文摘要】 Lentinula edodes has the characteristics of asexual multiplication. In the commercial production, mushroom growers often propagate and purify the strains through tissue isolation from mycelium colonies and fruitbodies. Using RAPD technique, it was proved that affected by substrates, ecology and cultivation methods, the different tissue isolates of the same Lentinula edodes strain, which were asexual progenies, had DNA variation.
