【中文摘要】 裂褶菌在發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基中振蕩培養(yǎng)產(chǎn)生蘋果酸的最佳碳源是葡萄糖,每毫升發(fā)酵液產(chǎn)蘋果酸10.48mg,果糖和麥芽糖次之,蘋果酸產(chǎn)量分別為6.28mg/ml、5.05mg/m1.最佳氮源是牛肉浸膏、草酸銨和硝酸銨,蘋果酸產(chǎn)量分別為6.65mg/ml。6.05mg/ml、5.98mg/ml,蘋果酸產(chǎn)率分別是16.5%、13.3%、12.5%.在自來(lái)水配制的發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基中,磷酸二氫鉀和氯化鉀對(duì)裂褶菌產(chǎn)酸影響不大,而培養(yǎng)基中添加硫酸鎂后蘋果酸產(chǎn)量下降。碳酸鈣濃度與蘋果酸產(chǎn)量成正比,碳酸鈣濃度從1%增加到5%,蘋果酸產(chǎn)量從1.55mg/ml提高到11.38mg/ml,產(chǎn)率可提高約7倍。
【英文摘要】 L-malic acid could be produced by Schizophyllum commune through shake-culture in fermentative medium. It was proved that the best carbon source was glucose producing 10.48mg/ml malic acid in the fermentative medium, followed by fructose and maltose with a malic acid yield of 6.28mg/ml and 5.05 mg/ml resp.. The most favourable nitrogen sources were proved to be beef extract,ammonium oxalate and ammonium nitrate. Their malic acid yields were .6.65mg/ml, 6.05mg/ml and 5.98mg/ml resp. with the productive rate being 16.5%, 13.3% and 12.5% resp.. It was found that KH2PO4 and KC1 hardly affected Schizophyllum commune to produce acid in fermentative medium made up with tap water , but MgSO4 decreased the yield of malic acid. When the concentration of CaCO3 was raised from 1% to 5%, the malic acid yield was increased from 1.55mg/ml to 11.38mg/ml and the productive rate was increased by a factor of about 7.
