【中文摘要】 采用子實(shí)體組織分離與系統(tǒng)篩選法,從福建猴頭的變異株中選育出了定名為“猴豐1號(hào)”的新菌株。該菌株菌絲體生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng),發(fā)菌迅速;子實(shí)休菇形大,產(chǎn)量高。鮮菇產(chǎn)量比出發(fā)株福建猴頭增加69.3%,比著名的常山99菌株增加16.8%。酯酶同工酶分析顯示:猴豐1號(hào)的酯酶譜型與福建猴頭相似,但有1條酶帶發(fā)生了變異。由此說明,它確是源于福建猴頭的自然變異株。
【英文摘要】 Houfeng No. 1 strain was selected from the mutant of Fujian Hericium erinaceus by the methods of tissue isolation and systematic screening. Its mycelium has powerful growth vigour with high spawn run rate. The fruitbody is big and high-yielding. Comparison experiments of 12 strains showed that Houfeng No. 1 was the first in yield of fresh fruitbody, dry matter rate and biological efficiency. Its fresh fruitbody yield was 69.3% and 16.8% higher than that of Fujian H. erinaceus and Changshan 99 respectively. Analysis of esterase isozyme exhibited that both Houfeng No. 1 and Fujian H. erinaceus had 4 enzyme bands. Three of them were the same in width, colour and Rf value; however, one of them was different not only in the Rf value, but also in the width and the colour. Thus it was proved that Houfeng No. 1 was a truly natural mutant from Fujian H. erinaceus.
