【中文摘要】 選用了四種激素、四種濃度、四種施藥劑量和四個(gè)施藥期噴施猴頭菇,采用四因素,四水平的正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)果表明,激素濃度適當(dāng)時(shí),具有促進(jìn)猴頭菇菌絲體生長(zhǎng),縮短生長(zhǎng)周期,提高產(chǎn)量的效果,尤以赤霉素效果最好,并初步篩選出了最佳組合。

【英文摘要】 Effects of four kinds of hormones with four dosages, four concentrations and four spraying stages on Hericium erinaceus were studied in this experiment. The method of positive intersection design was used with four factors and four levels for each factor. The results showed that the suitable hormone concentration could promote the mycelium growth, shorten the growth cycle and increase the yield of Hericium erinaceus. And GAS was selected "as the best suitable hormone.
