【中文摘要】 本文研究了木屑培養(yǎng)基中米糠和麥麩兩種輔料對(duì)香菇生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響。結(jié)果表明:米糠含量高的培養(yǎng)基,其絕對(duì)生物學(xué)效率、培養(yǎng)基失重、呼吸消耗、木質(zhì)纖維素降解量均高于米糠含量低的培養(yǎng)基;麥麩更適合作栽培香菇的輔料,20%的麥麩具有30%米糠基本相同的生理功能;培養(yǎng)基的C/N在栽培過(guò)程中不斷下降,適當(dāng)增加氮源可降低培養(yǎng)基的C/N,具有提高香菇產(chǎn)量的作用。
【英文摘要】 Effect of two kinds of supplements-- rice bran and wheat bran in sawdustmedium on the physiology of L. edodes was investigated. The results showed that as far as the shiitake mushroom growing on the medium with high content of rice bran, the yield of fruitbodies, the amount of lignocellulose decomposed, the absolute biological efficiency, the weight reduction of dry medium and the consumption of respiration were all higher than those of the same shiitake mushroom growing on the medium with low content of rice bran; that wheat bran was more suitable to be used as supplements of L. edodes medium and sawdust medium supplemented with 20% wheat bran or 30% rice bran had almost the same effect on mycelial growth; and that C/N of the medium decreased progressively during the cultivation of L. edodes and the yield of fruitbodies could be increased when nitrogen was added to the medium for reducing C/N.
