【中文摘要】 本文以金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)不同親本菌株及其雜交種為材料,用20個隨機(jī)引物進(jìn)行了RAPD分析,結(jié)果表明,兩個隨機(jī)引物擴(kuò)增出特異的DNA片段,經(jīng)三次重復(fù),均獲得相同結(jié)果,且能明顯地區(qū)別鑒定出真正的雜交種.因此,在雜交育種中,RAPD分析是一種簡便、快速、有效地從雜交后代中區(qū)別鑒定出真正雜交種的方法.
【英文摘要】 The random amplified polymophic DNA (RAPD) analysis was made in this study with 20 random primers in various parent strains and hybrids of Flammulina velanpes. The result indicated that two of them amplified the special polymorphic DNA fragment. The same results were obtained in all three replications of the experiment and rhe true hybrids were distinguished obviously from the progemy. Therefore, RAPD analysis was an effective method for rapid identification of the true hybrids.
