【中文摘要】 本文對十余種食用菌過氧化物歧化酶的活性進(jìn)行了測定,發(fā)現(xiàn)紅靈芝中該酶的比活性最高;同時對其同功酶組成進(jìn)行了電泳分析,電泳圖譜表明同功酶組分在各品種之間差異顯著.
【英文摘要】 The SOD activities of over ten strains of edible fungi were determined. It was found that the specific activity of SOD was highest in red Ganoderma lucidum. Its isoenzyme components were also analysed by electrophoresis and the differences were obvious amorg the strains.
