【中文摘要】 比較了短裙竹蓀三種室內(nèi)栽培方法的栽培周期、子實體性狀、產(chǎn)量、生物學(xué)效率及商品率.三種栽培方法各自具有以下特點:(1)床栽法栽培周期校長(6個月),平均鮮菇產(chǎn)量居中(2.18kg/m2),生物學(xué)效率居中(16.55%),商品干菇產(chǎn)量最高(0.11kg/m2),商品率居中(37.82%),用種量少(6瓶/m2).(2)盆栽法栽培周期較長(6個月),平均鮮菇產(chǎn)量最低(0.38kg/m2),生物學(xué)效率最低(2.56%),商品干菇產(chǎn)量最低(0.02kg/m2).商品率最高(39.02%),用種量少(6瓶/m2).(3)壓塊法栽培周期較短(5個月),出菇較集中,平均鮮菇產(chǎn)量最高(2.57kg/m2),生物學(xué)效率最高(25.98%),商品干菇產(chǎn)量居中(0.08kg/m2),商品率最低(28.77%).用種量大(75瓶/m2).筆者認(rèn)為壓塊法是短裙竹蓀室內(nèi)栽培的較好方法.
【英文摘要】 The effect of three indoor cultivation methods on the cultivation period, fruitbody characters, yield, biological efficiency and merchant rate was studied. The results showed that three indoor cultivation methods had following characters respectively: 1. Bed cultivation method had longer cultivation period (6 months), higher fresh fruitbody yield (2.18 kg/m1), higher biological efficiency (16.55 %), the highest merchant dry fruitbody yield (0.11 kg/m1) , higher merchant rate (37.82%) and less spawn amount (6 bottles/m1) used. 2. Pot cultivation method had longer cultivation period (6 months), the lowest average fresh fruitbody yield (0.38 kg/m1), the lowest biological efficiency (2.56 X), the lowest merchant dry fruitbody yield (0.02 kg/m1), but the highest merchant rate (39.02H) and less spawn amount (6 bottles/m1) used. 3. Block cultivation method had shorter cultivation period (5 months) with fruitbody formation concentrating in a shorter period, the highest average fresh fruitbody ...更多yield (2.57 kg/m1), the highest biological efficiency (25.98%), higher merchant dry fruitbody yield (0.08 kg/m2), but the lowest merchant rate (28.77 %) and the highest spawn amount (75 bottles/m1) used.
