【中文摘要】 以PDA培養(yǎng)基和棉籽殼為培養(yǎng)料,培養(yǎng)了姬菇、榆黃蘑和鮑魚(yú)菇,并對(duì)其解剖結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了比較,結(jié)果表明,姬菇、榆黃蘑和鮑魚(yú)菇菌絲均具有鎖狀聯(lián)合,子實(shí)體菌柄都側(cè)生,每個(gè)擔(dān)子頂部產(chǎn)生4個(gè)擔(dān)孢子,孢子內(nèi)含油滴,孢子印皆為白色。姬菇和鮑魚(yú)菇菌蓋顏色為灰黑色,榆黃蘑為黃色,姬菇和榆黃蘑菌絲生長(zhǎng)快,姬菇菌絲濃密,榆黃蘑和鮑魚(yú)菇菌絲稀疏,鮑魚(yú)菇菌絲能產(chǎn)生黑色分生孢子。姬菇和榆黃蘑子實(shí)體小而多,出菇早、產(chǎn)量高,鮑魚(yú)菇子實(shí)體較大內(nèi)部組織緊密,擔(dān)子、擔(dān)孢子梗粗壯,孢子飽滿油滴大。
【英文摘要】 In this thesis, P. cornucopiae, P. citrinopleatus and P. abalonus were cultivated on culture medium of PDA and cot- tonseed hull, and the anatomy was studied. The results indicated that the hypha of P. cornucopiae, P. citrinopleatus and P. abalones all had clamp connection, and the stipe were all adnation. There were four basidiospore on the top of each basidium, and the spore contained some drop of oils. The spore print were all white. The color of P. cornucopiae and P. abalones were ash black, while the color of P. citrinopleatus was yellow. While the hypha of P. cornucopiae and P. citrinopleatus grew faster than that of P. abalones, the hypha of P. cornucopiae were bushier than the other fungi. The hypha of P. abalones could secretes conidiophore of black color. The fruiting body of P. cornucopiae and P. citrinopleatus were tuft and smaller, which had high production. The fruiting body inside tissue of P. abalones was very tightness, whose basidium and the peduncle of basidium were ...更多all strong.
