【中文摘要】 為了引進篩選適宜北京地區(qū)種植的雙孢蘑菇新品種,本試驗將7205、7206、7207、7215、7219五個荷蘭雙孢蘑菇品種與目前當(dāng)?shù)氐闹髟云贩N258,在菌絲生長、產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)等方面進行了綜合比較。結(jié)果表明,7206出菇最早,產(chǎn)量最高,但其薄皮菇較多,易開傘,品質(zhì)較差。7205和7207與對照相比,出菇性狀和產(chǎn)量品質(zhì)都沒有優(yōu)勢。通過綜合性狀比較,7215兼具出菇較早,產(chǎn)量較高,品質(zhì)較好的特性。其次為7219,初步認為二者可以用作258的替代品種。
【英文摘要】 In order to introduce new varieties of Agaricus bisporus suitable for Beijing area, the comprehensive comparison between varieties 7205, 7206, 7207, 7215, 7219 of Agaricus bisporus from Netherlands and local cultivars 258 were studied considering mycelial growth, yield and quality. The results showed that varieties 7206 had the highest yield, but its thin-skinned mushrooms are easier to rip, and the quality were the worst of all. Compared with the control, fruiting traits, yield and quality of 7205 and 7207 had no advantages. By comparing integrated traits, varieties 7215 had the characteristic of both fruiting earlier and higher yield, which was better than varieties 7219. The preliminary view is that varieties 7215 and 7219 can be used to substitute 258.
