【中文摘要】 木質(zhì)素是農(nóng)作物秸稈中的主要成份之一,木質(zhì)素降解直接影響秸稈等植物資源的利用效率。從降解木質(zhì)素的食用菌種類、食用菌木質(zhì)素降解酶系及其營養(yǎng)調(diào)控機(jī)理、應(yīng)用前景共4個(gè)方面,綜述了食用菌生物降解秸稈木質(zhì)素的研究現(xiàn)狀。
【英文摘要】 Lignin is the main component of the straw, and the use efficiency of plant resources was impacted by lignin degradation directly. Research advances on the biodegradation of lignin by mushroom including lignin-degrading species of mushroom, lignin-degrading enzymes, nutrition regulation of enzymes and application of lignin-degrading mushroom were reviewed in the paper.
