【中文摘要】 采用平板培養(yǎng)法,探討了用不同濃度的杏鮑菇菌糠取代馬鈴薯綜合培養(yǎng)基中的馬鈴薯后,對(duì)靈芝、真姬菇、秀珍菇和平菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,杏鮑菇菌糠培養(yǎng)基對(duì)4種食用菌菌絲的生長(zhǎng)具有不同程度的抑制作用,隨著菌糠濃度的增加抑制作用增強(qiáng)。對(duì)真姬菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)率和生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)影響最小,對(duì)秀珍菇和平菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)率和生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)的影響最大。
【英文摘要】 The influences on 4 edible mushroom mycelia growth, such as Ganoderma lucidum, Hypsizigus marmoreus, P. geesteranus and P. ostreatus, were investigated. The methods was to replace potato with different concentrations spent substrate of Pleurotus eryngii in the potato synthesis culture media. The results showed that mycelia growth of 4 edible mushrooms were inhibited by spent substrate of P. eryngii, and inhibition power was gradually swelled with the spent substrate higher concentration. As a whole, spent substrate of P. eryngii had the least influence on the growth rate and growth status of H. marmoreus, in contrary which had the most influential effect on the growth of P. geesteranus and P. ostreatus.
