【中文摘要】 調(diào)查松樹(shù)塘羊肚菌的生態(tài)環(huán)境,對(duì)子實(shí)體的rDNA ITS區(qū)段進(jìn)行測(cè)序分析,通過(guò)與GeneBank中已知的羊肚菌屬的種進(jìn)行序列比對(duì),構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹(shù),鑒定出該羊肚菌為脈肋羊肚菌M.costata。

【英文摘要】 In this study, the habitat of Morchella on pond pine area was investigated, and the rDNA ITS sequences of fruitbody was sequenced. Molecular identification was accomplished using phylogenetic tree analysis of 28 Morchella rDNA ITS nucleotide sequence including 1 new and 27 GeneBank sequence. The results showed that the test strain belonged to Morchella costata.
