【中文摘要】 煙色離褶傘基內(nèi)菌絲自接種點(diǎn)向PDA培養(yǎng)基內(nèi)延伸的生長(zhǎng)距離最長(zhǎng)為1.5cm,但足以布滿18mm×180mmPDA斜面試管基內(nèi)各個(gè)角落?;鶅?nèi)菌絲繼代轉(zhuǎn)接的原種菌絲較氣生菌絲繼代轉(zhuǎn)接的原種生長(zhǎng)快、菌絲茁壯,但在產(chǎn)量上沒有顯著差異。通過對(duì)基內(nèi)菌絲生長(zhǎng)規(guī)律的觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)了食用菌母種再生千倍轉(zhuǎn)接技術(shù),使其擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用到食用菌生產(chǎn)中,為進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)食用菌生產(chǎn)程序、縮短生產(chǎn)時(shí)間提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
【英文摘要】 Substrate hyphae of Lyophyllum fumosum reached the ultimate limit distance in PDA slant test-tube medium was 1.5 cm, which could extend in the different parts of 18 mm×180 mm PDA slant test-tube medium. Spawn of substrate hyphae successive transfer culture grew faster and stocky than that of aerial hyphae. However, it was no significant difference in the yield. In this studies the thousand-fold translation technology of mother spawn regeneration were discovered, and this technology could be introduced into mushroom production, which could provide theoretical basis on improving process of mushroom production and shortening production cycle.
