【中文摘要】 實驗研究了桑黃液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基中不同營養(yǎng)組成對桑黃菌絲生長的影響。以菌絲生物量和多糖產(chǎn)量為主要指標,對桑黃液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基進行了優(yōu)化。通過單因素試驗和正交試驗篩選出了桑黃液體發(fā)酵的最佳培養(yǎng)基。單因素試驗結(jié)果表明最適氮源為麥麩,最佳碳氮比為20:1;正交試驗結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)基配方為玉米粉50g·L-1、麥麩50g·L-1、KH2PO42g·L-1、MgSO41g·L-1、VB1300μg·L-1、VB2400μg·L-1。
【英文摘要】 The effects of cultural compounds on the growth of Phellinus igniarius mycelium were investigated.Taking the mycelial biomass and production of polysaccharide as detecting indices,the optimum submerged fermentation parameters for Phellinus igniarius were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The result by single factor test showed that the optimum nitrogen source was bran and C/N was 20:1.Through orthogonal test,the optimum formula for submerged fermentation were proposed of maize powder 50 g·L-1,bran 50 g·L-1,KH2PO4 2 g·L-1,MgSO4 1 g·L-1,VB1 300 μg·L-1,VB2 400 μg·L-1.
