【中文摘要】 培養(yǎng)大鼠胰島素瘤細(xì)胞(INS-1),以四氧嘧啶(AXN)損傷細(xì)胞,培養(yǎng)液中加入不同濃度的多糖AMP-1,檢測不同濃度AMP-1對INS-1細(xì)胞葡萄糖刺激的胰島素和C肽分泌量的影響,同時(shí)檢測細(xì)胞存活率。結(jié)果表明,一定濃度范圍AMP-1對AXN損傷的INS-1細(xì)胞分泌胰島素和C肽均具有一定的促進(jìn)作用,尤其是在葡萄糖刺激濃度為16.7mmol·L-1時(shí),效果顯著;AMP-1可減少AXN對INS-1細(xì)胞的損傷,使INS-1細(xì)胞存活率增加。
【英文摘要】 Graded concentrations of AMP-1 were added into the culture medium of INS-1 cells injured by alloxan. The amount of glucose-stimulated insulin and C-peptide secretions in different concentration of AMP-1 was determined and the survival rate was measured. The results showed that graded concentrations of AMP-1 could promote glucose-stimulated insulin and C-peptide secretions in INS-1 cells, especially in the concentration of 16.7 mmol·L -1 of glucose. AMP -1 could reduce the injuries induced by alloxan in INS-1 cells and the survival rate of cells increased significantly.
