【中文摘要】 采用木瓜蛋白酶、纖維素酶對(duì)虎掌菌進(jìn)行酶解提取,并檢測提取物對(duì)大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、酵母菌、青霉菌和黑曲霉的抑菌效果。結(jié)果表明,不同提取方法所得粗提物都有不同程度的抑菌效果,提取液對(duì)黑曲霉和青霉菌的抑菌效果最明顯,對(duì)酵母菌抑菌效果最不明顯。
【英文摘要】 Papaya protein enzyme and cellulose enzyme were used to extracting the component from Sarcodon aspratum(Berk.) S. Ito. The antibacterial activities of the enzyme extracts were determined for Escherichia coli, Staphylococus aureus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Penicillium citrinum Thom and Aspergillus niger. The results showed that the crude extracts by different methods had antibacterial activities of different degree. The extracts have significant antibacterial activities to Penicillium citrinum Thom and Aspergillus niger, and non-significant antibacterial activities to Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
