【中文摘要】 采用小鼠肉瘤(S180)移植性腫瘤模型,觀察靈雷菌質(zhì)乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、石油醚部位和水部位提取物的腫瘤抑制作用,并測定小鼠的胸腺指數(shù)及脾臟指數(shù)。結(jié)果表明所有的提取物都呈現(xiàn)出明顯的抑瘤效果,抑瘤率均大于35%,其中部分正丁醇部位的抑瘤率達(dá)到了68.88%。抑瘤效果由弱至強(qiáng)的順序?yàn)槭兔巡课?lt;水部位<乙酸乙酯部位<正丁醇部位,而胸腺指數(shù)與脾臟指數(shù)則顯示只有乙酸乙酯部位組有較明顯的免疫抑制效果。雙向性固體發(fā)酵可降低雷公藤的毒性,尤其正丁醇部位和水部位的毒性可能較弱。
【英文摘要】 The transplanting tumor model of mice sarcoma S180 was used to observe the anti-tumor effect of fermentation substance on Tripterygium, such as ethyl acetate part, n-butyl alcohol part, petroleun ether part and water part, and the thymus index and spleen index of mice had been measured. The results showed that all extracts had a significant inhibitory effect on tumor. The tumor inhibitory rates were all above 35% and the n-butyl alcohol part reached 68.88%. The inhibitory effect on tu- mor from low to high is petroleun ether part<water part<ethyl acetate part<n-butyl alcohol part. The thymus index and spleen index indicated that only ethyl acetate part had relatively obvious immunosuppressive effect. The bi-directional solid fermentation can reduce the toxicity of Tripterygium, especially, the n-butyl alcohol part and water part have less toxicity than others.
