【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)應(yīng)用ISSR技術(shù)分析了杏鮑菇生產(chǎn)性菌株的DNA序列多態(tài)性,從20個(gè)引物中篩選出11個(gè)ISSR引物對12個(gè)杏鮑菇生產(chǎn)性菌株基因組DNA進(jìn)行PCR擴(kuò)增。結(jié)果表明,這些杏鮑菇菌株遺傳相似系數(shù)為0.68~1.00。采用平均分類法UPGMA分析表明,在遺傳相似系數(shù)為0.83處可將這12個(gè)杏鮑菇生產(chǎn)性菌株分成3類。
【英文摘要】 Inter-simple sequence reqeats (ISSR) methods were used to analyze the DNA sequence polymorphism of cultivated Pleurotus erngii strains. 11 primers were chosed for ISSR among 20 primers. Genomic DNA of Pleurotus erngii were amplified by 11 primers using PCR. The results showed that the genetic similar coefficients (GSC) were 0.681.00. Cultivated strains were divided into 3 groups at GSC 0.83 based on the cluster analysis of UPGMA method.
