【中文摘要】 大型真菌有著重大的食用、藥用價值以及生態(tài)學(xué)價值。對其進(jìn)行遺傳多樣性研究,是進(jìn)行資源可持續(xù)利用和保護(hù)生物學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)。雖然有多種方法可進(jìn)行大型真菌的遺傳多樣性研究,但最直接和常用的方法是分子生物學(xué)方法。通過對大型真菌遺傳多樣性研究中常用的分子生物學(xué)方法進(jìn)行綜合分析,比較了各種方法的適用范圍和優(yōu)點(diǎn)、缺點(diǎn),以期對這方面的研究有所啟發(fā)和幫助。
【英文摘要】 Macrofungi have great value in food,medicine and ecology. Genetic diversity study on macrofungi is the basis for sustainable development of natural resources and conservation study. Although there are several methods such as morphological study,molecular study etc. which can be used for genetic diversity study,molecular method is the directly and commonly used method. In this paper,the molecular methods were summarized and compared. The using of range,advantage and shortcoming of each molecular method were also given. Therefore,the overall aim of this paper is to give clues and help to those who want to take study in this field.
