【中文摘要】 用18個隨機引物對3個雙孢蘑菇生產菌株進行RAPD擴增,通過計算供試菌株遺傳相似系數及聚類分析,構建供試雙孢蘑菇菌株的系統樹狀圖譜。結果表明,所用18個引物中有8個能對雙孢蘑菇菌株擴增出清晰、穩(wěn)定的DNA譜帶。供試菌株2796與F56的相似程度較高,相似系數為0.8571,菌株2796、F56和菌株176的平均相似程度較低,平均相似系數只有0.4728。
【英文摘要】 Three strains of Agaricus bisporus were amplified by RAPD technique with 18 random primers. A dendrogram was generated through the assessment of the similarity coefficient of these three strains tested and systematic clustering analysis. The result showed that among 18 primers tested,8 primers could produce clear and steady band. The clustering analysis showed that the strain 2796 and F56 have higher similarity level,the similarity coefficient is 0.8571,but the strain 176 with the other two have lower similarity level,the average similarity coefficient is 0.4728.
